In this role, you’ll be at the center of our production ecosystem—coordinating workflow, optimizing planning processes, and ensuring we deliver high‑quality products on time to customers around the world. • Managing all planning activities within your product line—from scheduling orders to supporting production through shipment.
• Building and maintaining an efficient demand and supply plan aligned with market forecasts and customer commitments.
• Ensuring cost‑effective, seamless flow across operations to drive on‑time delivery and high product quality.
• Leading and facilitating SIOP activities for your product line, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Continuously improving planning techniques, processes, and parameters to reduce inventory, enhance cash flow, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Partnering closely with the Value Stream team to provide accurate order status updates and recovery plans when needed.
• Serving as a key liaison between planning, purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, customer service, and sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with MRP systems and demand analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
