What You Will Do:

The Warehouse Clerk will participate in all warehouse activities and receive and process stock according to standard operating procedures.

* Receiving product and materials in using company ERP system

* Picking parts for production needs

* Assist with inventory counts and planning.

* Help drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals.

* Provide recommendations on process improvements and assist with implementation.

* Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse.

What You Bring:

* High school diploma

* ERP System experience (i.e., SAP, People Soft, JD Edwards, PLEX)

* At least two years of previous warehouse experience.

* Forklift certification and truck driving experience preferred.

* Solution focused and process improvement driven.

* Proven ability to develop relationships with internal partners.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

* Lean / Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

Physical Requirements for Manufacturing Production Employees

* Standing:

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours per shift).

* Walking:

Frequent walking throughout the production floor.

* Lifting and Carrying:

* Regularly lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.

* Occasionally lift heavier items (up to 75 pounds) with assistance or equipment.

* Pushing and Pulling:

Use of manual or mechanical means to push/pull carts, equipment, or materials.

* Repetitive Motions:

Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks (e.g., assembling, sorting, packaging).

* Manual Dexterity:

Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small parts or tools.

* Climbing:

Occasional use of ladders or steps to reach equipment or storage areas.

* Visual and Hearing Requirements:

* Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read labels, safety signs, and equipment gauges.

* Adequate hearing (with or without aids) to respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment.

* Environmental Tolerance:

* Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or humid conditions).

* Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and manufacturing chemicals.

* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
