What You'll Do- Operate and monitor production equipment to keep manufacturing lines running efficiently
- Load PCB/PCBA boards and electronic components into SMT and PTH machines
- Assemble circuit boards and server systems using digital work instructions
- Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies
- Test finished products and verify quality standards are met
- Track production progress and document results accurately
- Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures in a clean, organized environment
- At least 1 year of consistent work experience in any industry
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
- Basic math skills (5th-grade level)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable following detailed instructions on a computer screen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely around machinery and production equipment
- Electronics manufacturing or assembly experience
- PCB/PCBA production knowledge
- SMT or PTH machine operation experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Familiarity with testing equipment and quality checks

Work EnvironmentYou'll work in a modern electronics manufacturing facility that is clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled. Employees wear ESD-protective smocks and heel straps to safeguard sensitive electronic components while working with state-of-the-art production equipment.
Available Shifts1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Optional overtime available on weekends.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
