Production Supervisor - Stamping Dept

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in production? We’re looking for a Stamping Supervisor with injection molded parts experience.

Location:

Racine, WI (on-site). Shift: 1st Shift. Pay:
Hourly or salaried depending on experience.

Our client seeks a motivated, hands‑on leader to direct progressive die‑stamping operations, oversee daily operations, manage personnel across shifts, coordinate production schedules, and enforce strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate stamping department personnel across shifts.
• Develop and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Assist mechanics and die‑setters with tooling setups, changeovers, and repairs.
• Maintain adequate press tooling inventory and order tooling in a timely manner.
• Enforce safety protocols around high‑speed equipment.
• Bridge cross‑shift communication regarding updates, issues, and special cleanups.
• Ensure all department procedures are followed correctly.
• Operate a forklift as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Prior supervisory experience in a production environment (leadership certifications are a plus).
• 3+ years’ experience in progressive die‑stamping or related production work.
• Proficient knowledge of progressive die‑stamping processes and computer usage.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

7 AM – 4:30 PM. Education requirement:
