All Shifts - Bakery Equipment Operators & Artisan Bread Bench

Position: Open All Shifts - Bakery Equipment Operators & Artisan Bread Bench
* Operate industrial bakery mixers or filling depositors

* Responsible to roll and cut, deposit into baking pan, or distribute the filling as part of a product.

* Forming and shaping products from the dough or batter, according to the specifications of the recipe

* Baking the shaped dough and, if applicable, decorating the final product.

* Must be vigilant about using exact measurements and paying strict attention to timing

* Work to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring the company's high-quality standards are met or exceeded.

* Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).

* Adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures.

* Work to troubleshoot any issues and involve maintenance to ensure equipment is available for use when needed and properly maintained.

* Ensure daily orders are being filled accurately.

* Be willing to help other departments when in need to help carry out our mission on a daily basis.

* Other related duties as assigned by management.
