Laminating Trimmer

Job Title

Basic Function Cut apart laminated sheets using a razor knife. Inspect parts as they are completed.

· Cut apart individual sheets after the lamination process.

· When lifting premask rolls over 30 pounds it is required to ask for help.

· Inspect laminated and pre-masked parts for quality.

· Load and unload vacuum applicator.

· Approve parts to give to next operator.

· Record date, quantity, and initial operator on job jacket.

· Count and package parts for shipment.

· Label, type, and size of remainder rolls and return to shelf.

· Keep immediate work area clean and orderly.

· Other duties as assigned.
