* Job Description:

** We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Maintenance Technician to install and maintain machinery and equipment in industrial establishment.
** Pay:
** Starting at $22.00/hour + **$4.00 Shift Premium** +
** 4,000 sign on bonus
**** Schedule &

Shift:
** Monday - Friday (5 days x 8 hours), 2:00PM - 10:00PM
** THE DAY TO DAY...
*** Safe operation of machines and tools
* Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
* Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
* Dismantles machines
* Moves machinery and equipment
* Assembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails
* Aligns machines and equipment
* Assembles machines, and bolds, welds and rivets or otherwise fastens them to structures
* Repairs and lubricates machines and equipment
* Complete preventative and total productive maintenance
** THE QUALIFICATIONS...
*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
* Minimum two years industry experience and/or training
* Strong language, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills needed
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
* Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
** THE WORK ENVIRONMENT
*** Able to frequently walk, sit and use hands to handle or feel
* Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
* Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.##
