ResponsibilitiesWork in a team‑oriented environment designed to deliver superior service. Manage phone and email inquiries, assist walk‑in customers, and provide quotes. Prepare material orders for shipment, operating forklifts and metal saws as required. Our extensive training prepares you to contribute safely and efficiently to our customer service mission.
What you need: a commitment to safety, a willingness to learn, and a desire to be part of a great team.
Qualifications- Comfortable answering and making calls
- Assisting walk‑in customers
- Providing quotes from email and phone inquiries
- Previous experience in a machine shop or metal distribution (preferred)
- Light machine operation experience (preferred)
- Excellent attendance
- Safe work habits
- Computer and keyboard skills
- Record of accurate order fulfillment
