- Serve as the technical resource for manufacturing operations across stamping, machining, and secondary processes.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, equipment, and process-related issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and equipment uptime.
- Reduce scrap, downtime, setup times, and overall manufacturing costs.
- Support APQP/NPI, PPAP, new product launches, CAPEX implementations and process validation activities.
- Identify and lead automation and capital equipment improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Metal stamping & fabrication experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting machining and secondary manufacturing operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
