Production Lead - 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support team members in the production and packaging of Kringle, cakes, artisan baked goods, and seasonal items.
* Oversee mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging processes to meet production goals.
* Coordinate mail order packaging and seasonal product fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance and quality standards.
* Monitor production flow and proactively address bottlenecks, staffing needs, and inventory levels.
* Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA standards.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
* Maintain accurate documentation of quality and safety checks.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet company-wide production goals.
* Serve as acting Supervisor when needed and support cross-functional teams during peak seasons.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of leadership experience in food production, baking, packaging, or a related field. *

Experience with artisan baking, mail order fulfillment, and seasonal product packaging is a plus.
* Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); ability to read and follow instructions in English.
* Spanish language skills a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
* Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
