Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform both mechanical and electrical repairs on food production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations within our facility.
Responsibilities- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on food production equipment.
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
- Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
- Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service tasks.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Perform plumbing maintenance and electrical functions as required.
- Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in duties.
- Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report unusual situations to supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- 3+ years of experience in preventative maintenance.
- 3+ years of experience in blueprint reading, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a high-speed production environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr. Medical Dental Vision 401k
