Pack finished products for shipment

Build boxes and prepare packaging materials

Palletize and stack products

Assist with production line operations

Perform sanitation and clean-up duties

Sort cardboard, plastic, and waste materials

Disinfect equipment and production areas

Conduct basic visual quality inspections

Follow food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

At least 1 year of stable work history

Experience in:

Manufacturing

Production

Warehouse Operations

Packaging

Assembly

Palletizing

Ability to:

Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

Work in a fast-paced environment

Read, write, and speak English

Follow safety and quality procedures

Work overtime and Saturdays as needed

Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (30-40°F)

Monday - Friday

3:45 PM - 1:00 AM

Most Saturdays required

50+ hours per week available

Daily overtime after 8 hours

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
