Job Description

Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate team. As a dedicated CNA, you will embrace a resident‑centered approach, treating every individual with dignity, assisting with personal care, medications, and mobility, and bringing smiles to our residents.

• Assist residents with personal care, medications, and mobility.
• Work in shifts:
  Morning (6:00 AM–2:00 PM), Evening (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), or Overnight (10:00 PM–6:00 AM).
• Provide shift differentials: $1 PM (2 PM–10 PM), $2 NOC (10 PM–6 AM), $3 Weekends (6 AM–6 AM Saturday – Monday 5:59 AM).
• Maintain a compassionate, resident‑centered environment and treat all residents with dignity.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
