Hourly Pay Range

$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need
  • License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL preferred.
  • Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing required from an accredited nursing school. Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business or other health related field preferred.
  • Certification: CPR Card BLS from the AHA.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an appropriate clinical setting required, proven leadership skills. Must have mother baby and labor and delivery experience.
  • Skills: Leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to unit/specialty.
What you will do

The Clinical Coordinator has accountability for the outcomes of care for patients in their specific clinical care area. The Coordinator guides and directs a group of nurse‑led patient care teams in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, preparing them for discharge to home or other level of care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guide and direct nurse‑led patient care teams.
  • Ensure delivery of high quality, individualized care.
  • Prepare patients and families for discharge to home or other level of care.
