We are seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift role in the stepdown department.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating multidisciplinary patient care as the central contact point
- Implementing and assessing patient-centered care plans to optimize outcomes
- Documenting care journeys with accuracy and facilitating clear communication
- Managing discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions
- Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure
