Clinical Resource RN, Full-time

Join our team and work with our top notch Clinical Leadership Team. The Clinical Resource RN is responsible for the oversight of nursing care delivery, staffing, and managing the patient flow throughout the healthcare facility. This position is part of the clinical leadership team, working directly with all the unit managers to ensure patient engagement and experience are maximized. This position also includes ancillary nursing administrative duties as assigned.

This position works primarily 6am-6pm but may fluctuate to accommodate patient/staffing needs and may include nights from time to time. It also includes a rotating every sixth weekend and holiday rotation.

• Licensed RN in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum 5 years acute care experience
• Resilient and flexible in a crisis
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excellent presentation and teaching skills
• Ability to function in all roles in the ER and Med/Surg
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and within one year, NRP and TNCC
