Role Overview

This position involves providing direct nursing care in various healthcare facilities, following established policies and protocols. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and managing discharge planning with the healthcare team.

• Delivering patient care and recording patient conditions accurately.
• Carrying out physician and nursing orders efficiently.
• Assessing patient needs and coordinating discharge processes.

• Valid RN license (compact or state-specific) prior to employment.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Certification in BLS (required within 30 days) and ACLS (preferred).
