We’re looking for a
** hands-on Quality Supervisor
** to lead and elevate our site-level quality operations. This is a key leadership role where you’ll guide a talented team, influence cross-functional performance, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards our customers rely on every day.###
** What You’ll Do
** As the Quality Supervisor, you will lead the execution of our Quality Management System at the site level while supporting daily production, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians, ensuring strong execution of inspection, testing, and quality engineering activities
* Champion a safe work environment and actively support site safety initiatives
* Ensure consistent execution of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including procedures, work instructions, and documentation
* Support new product launches and product changes through APQP activities, including PFMEA, control plans, and launch readiness
* Oversee nonconformance and CAPA processes, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective actions, and sustainable solutions
* Drive Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to ensure readiness and compliance prior to product release
* Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve quality issues impacting Safety, Delivery, and Customer satisfaction
* Ensure effective execution of incoming, in-process, and final inspections
* Support calibration and measurement systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools (8D, A3, etc.) to improve performance
* Monitor quality metrics (SQDCE), identify trends, and drive improvements aligned to business goals
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability, engagement, and consistency
* Participate in internal audits and support compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 17025 standards
* Partner with Operations and Engineering to support process improvements, production changes, and equipment qualifications### ###

* Education & Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering roles
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Experience supporting new product introduction or process changes in manufacturing environments
** Skills &

Qualifications:

*** Strong understanding of APQP and core quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC)
