This role is responsible for auditing the quality of incoming loads, ensuring compliance with established standards, and identifying any deviations.

• Observe the quality of loads on arrival
• Take photographs of compliance violations using multiple angles as necessary
• Identify and document root causes through tablet procedures
• Validate information prior to reporting violations
• Enter data into multiple software applications
• Log and report findings to manager
• Provide timely and accurate observation reporting
• Operate in multiple temperature environments
