CMM Programmer (PC-DMIS) – High-Precision Tooling Environment
We produce custom washers and precision metal components, typically made through CNC machining, stamping, and metal forming. Our plant in Racine, Wisconsin manufactures tight‑tolerance parts for industrial and OEM customers.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Support all Quality Assurance initiatives using quality planning, problem solving, RMA evaluation, reporting, manufacturing process improvements, and corrective/preventative actions.
- Program a CMM, PC-DMIS.
- Accurately measure parts using CMM, micrometers, hand gages, or other precision instruments to perform first piece or in process inspections.
- Apply statistical techniques to troubleshoot and perform technical evaluations such as capability, capacity, and gage R&R studies.
- Minimum of 3 years’ manufacturing quality experience.
- Program CMM, PC-DMIS required.
- Basic knowledge in the application of inspection and test equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints that include Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
- Experience with Minitab preferred.
