McDonald's - Up to $48000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that promotions are executed well, with staff trained;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers quickly and safely, and that food cost is controlled;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff
