Position Overview
This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
Job DescriptionStarting wage of $16/hr, increasing to $17/hr upon certification. Employees receive free uniforms, free meals, discounted take‑home meals, flexible scheduling, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, health insurance, and additional benefits.

- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager.
