Senior Account Executive – Service Now Elite Partner

Location:
Remote (Must reside in Central or Mountain time zones)
- An Elite Service Now partner specializing in Customer Workflows (CSM/FSM), IT Workflows (ITSM, ITAM) and Creator Workflows (App Engine)
- A virtual team throughout the United States with headquarters in Virginia

- An experienced Account Executive with proven track record in SaaS/PaaS solution consulting sales, including State, Local, and Education (SLED) clients
- Packing at least 5 years of account management experience working with net new as well as existing clients
- Client‑centric with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a dedication to building long‑standing partnerships
- Well‑versed in cloud‑based SaaS and PaaS offerings, with preferred experience in Service Now and presenting Customer, Creator, and IT Workflows.
- Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes
- An adventurer who wouldn’t mind traveling up to 20% of the time
- Identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory, including prospecting and sourcing
- Build trusted relationships with the Service Now and other partner field teams to jointly co‑sell opportunities
- Be a trusted advisor and coordinate with appropriate Servos team members to engage with and build rapport with client stakeholders
- Assist in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers
- Provide clear communication channels between Servos Solutions team and clients at all stages to keep transparent communication a priority
- Collaborate with the delivery team to stay up to date on the latest Service Now developments and leverage creative approaches to account management
- Track sales pipeline, forecast performance, and achieve assigned quota
