Business Development Sales Consultant

Carpet City Flooring Center seeks a Business Development Sales Consultant to grow residential and commercial flooring sales. In this on-site role, you'll greet customers in the showroom, conduct design-focused consultations, measure spaces, and prepare accurate estimates for carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, tile, and rugs. You'll manage leads, follow up on quotes, and build long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers.

Collaborating closely with designers and installers, you'll ensure projects run smoothly from selection through installation while meeting sales and margin goals in a supportive, family-owned environment.
