Security Officer - Rover Driver - Second Shift

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location, and notify site leadership as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer disputes, lost and found situations, medical calls, policy violations, and notify site leadership and/or public services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, common areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.;
Monitor access points and help manage guest flow, including observing for prohibited behavior, verifying authorized access to back-of-house areas, and assisting with deliveries and vendor check-in per post orders.;
Complete required documentation such as shift activity logs, patrol reports, and incident reports, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
