Security Officer Dispatch - Overnight Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location;
Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information, and coordinate security-related responses in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Document incidents, service requests, and shift activity in logs and reports, helping to support accurate communication between onsite personnel, management, and/or emergency responders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations by prioritizing incoming information, assigning resources as needed, and communicating updates to appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as required by site procedures, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts
