Core Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing installations repairs and routine maintenance with high precision and attention to detail.
• Provide professional courteous service to homeowners explaining issues solutions and completed work clearly to build lasting trust.
• Manage daily service routes independently or with a partner handling everything from simple fixes to complex system upgrades.
• Prioritize workplace safety quality craftsmanship and code compliance on every job.
• Take advantage of optional overtime opportunities to increase earnings when demand calls for it.

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands on residential plumbing experience with proven success in service and repair work.
• Valid drivers license with clean record.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and ability to excel both solo and in team settings.
• Detail oriented with good problem solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
