Maintenance Technician III

Job Title

Maintenance Technician III – Christmas Mountain Village, Wisconsin Dells, WI.

Full-time – 1st Shift, including weekends and holidays.

• Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back areas, ensuring a well‑kept property.
• Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment, including new refrigerants.
• Complete maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components.
• Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
• Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
• Set up and operate machine tools, such as grinders and drills, to repair and fabricate parts.
• Provide customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests.
• Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests.
• Conduct building rounds and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features as directed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn and operate within the different property‑specific computer platforms.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate well with guests in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and perform grasping, stooping, and overhead reaching with or without accommodations.
• EPA Certification – required.
• HVAC trade school certification – preferred.
• Driver’s License – required.
