Job Title
Maintenance Technician III – Christmas Mountain Village, Wisconsin Dells, WI.
Job DetailsFull-time – 1st Shift, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities- Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back areas, ensuring a well‑kept property.
- Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment, including new refrigerants.
- Complete maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders.
- Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components.
- Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
- Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
- Set up and operate machine tools, such as grinders and drills, to repair and fabricate parts.
- Provide customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests.
- Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests.
- Conduct building rounds and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features as directed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn and operate within the different property‑specific computer platforms.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate well with guests in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and perform grasping, stooping, and overhead reaching with or without accommodations.
- EPA Certification – required.
- HVAC trade school certification – preferred.
- Driver’s License – required.
