The City of Racine is seeking a journeyman truck mechanic to repair, maintain, and road test a full range of municipal equipment. Work involves diesel and gasoline engines, automatic transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. A valid Wisconsin CDL Class A is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
The role supports City vehicles, equipment, and facilities with routine service and emergency repairs. Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM.
