Description
Endries International Inc. is hiring a 3rd Shift Forklift Operator II (Pick Module). The starting wage is $20 per hour. We provide flexible scheduling, a clean work environment, and first‑day benefits for full‑time associates.
As a Forklift Operator II you will operate our Pick Module. Your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and process orders on the forklift so we can get it out the door to customers on time. This position requires you to use your designated forklift or turret truck for the entirety of the workday and you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour.
You must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Previous forklift experience is required.
3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday.
Essential Functions / Experience / Skills- Maintain and inspect forklift equipment
- Meet minimum Key Performance Indicators (picks per hour)
- At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for the duration of an 8‑hour shift
