- Must Possess a WI State Indentured Journeyperson Maintenance Mechanic Millwright Card.
- Experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- On the job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work expected.
- Follow all established facility rules, policies, and procedures.
- Own or obtain necessary tools.
- Must have a good attitude and able to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities.
- Must have own tools or willing to obtain tools needed.
- Ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
- Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including holidays and weekends, and accept call-ins and overtime outside of the normal workday. After one-year of employment in the mill, eligibility for shift by seniority goes into effect.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.
- Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
- Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
- Starting salary for position: $45.34 per hour.
- Paid Vacation:
Based on the contractual agreement.
- Paid Holidays.
- Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
- Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
