Location:
Racine County, Wisconsin
Shift: Day shift with 7:30 AM start. Expected 58 to 60 hours per week with overtime available.
Pay Range: $25.00 to $56.26 per hour, depending on classification and experience. Priority is CW3 through CE3, generally $31.26 to $46.88 per hour. Lower-level CW and apprentice-level candidates may still be considered when qualified and available.
Classifications: CW1, CW2, CW3, CE1, CE2, CE3, and apprentice-level candidates. Priority focus is CW3 through CE3.
Job Description:
We are hiring Construction Wiremen and Construction Electricians for a large-scale data center construction project in Racine County, Wisconsin. This is a long-term opportunity for electricians with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center experience. Experienced CW3 through CE3 candidates are the priority, but lower-level CW and apprentice-level candidates may also be considered if they are ready to work and meet onboarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install conduit, cable tray, wire, supports, devices, panels, and related electrical systems.
- Assist journeymen, foremen, and general foremen with layout, rough-in, terminations, and testing.
- Read basic drawings, follow work plans, and complete assigned tasks safely and accurately.
- Pull wire, label circuits, support grounding and bonding work, and assist with equipment installation.
- Follow jobsite safety requirements, participate in daily safety meetings, and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
- 0 to 10+ years of electrical construction experience, depending on classification.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Wisconsin electrical license or registration before starting work.
- OSHA 10 Construction certification required before working onsite.
- Ability to complete union referral steps and provide required start paperwork.
- Must bring required hand tools for the classification.
- Must be able to work extended hours, lift materials, climb ladders, and work in an active construction environment.
