The City of Racine is seeking a journeyman truck mechanic to repair and maintain diesel and gasoline engines and heavy equipment. Under the supervision of the Fleet Manager, you will perform tune-ups, use OEM diagnostic software and service transmissions, brakes, hydraulics and electrical systems.
Candidates should have four years of experience, be able to pass the Wisconsin CDL Class A test, hold a high school diploma, and prefer ASE certifications.
