Job Description Position Details:
- 100% no touch!
- Hazmat is required within 90 days of hire.
- If obtained after hire, account will reimburse. Driver will need to provide paperwork.
- Drivers will go to Chicago rail yards daily
- Drivers could potentially have the option to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months
- Drivers will leave tractor at the yard during time off.
- Drivers will slip seat on this position.
- No smoking inside the truck.
- PTO Accrual starts on the first day of employment
. - Drivers get 18 paid days off (12 PTO days and 6 holidays)
- After 1st year - 5 years, drivers get 22 paid days off (16 PTO days 6 holidays)
- 6 - 13 years, drivers get 27 paid days off (21 PTO days 6 holidays)
- 14 - 18 years, drivers get 30 days (24 PTO days 6 holidays)
- 19+ years, drivers get 32 days (26 PTO days 6 holidays)
