Member Relationship Specialist

Abound Credit Union is hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to serve as the primary contact for our members on currency and account related services.

• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Receive deposits and payments for all types of accounts and input data ensuring completeness and accuracy with transactions and assigned cash drawer.
• Cash checks and accept withdrawal requests in accordance with established policies.
• Follow all security policies and procedures.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A desire to present life‑changing, money‑saving opportunities to our members or potential members.
• Self‑motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to proficiently operate a computer, fax machine, calculator, and copier.
• Cash handling and balancing experience is a plus.
