Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and overall awesome personalities who will support the lending software applications environment at the Credit Union. The Applications Analyst works with team members to identify problems with software applications and processes and serves as a change agent for the business units. This position also works with vendors to identify service level agreements where needed, delivers increasing levels of stability, performance, and scalability while improving the overall user experience throughout the application lifespan, and identifies areas for improvement and automation where possible.

The Analyst provides daily operational support and collaborates on process improvement.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work with team members to identify problems with software applications and processes and serve as a change agent to the business units. This position also works with vendors to identify service level agreements where needed.
  • Deliver increasing levels of stability, performance, and scalability while improving the overall user experience throughout the application lifespan. In addition, the Application Analyst identifies areas for improvement and automation where possible.
  • Provide daily operational support, listen for opportunities to make the credit union more efficient, and collaborate with team members on process improvement.
  • Provide enterprise-level support, work with third‑party products, services, and vendors to facilitate support and services, act as an escalation point for issues, and maintain high availability and user experience. Coordinate notifications and alerts around application outages, maintenance, and issues as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of data processing and application system operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self‑motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
