Registered Nurse / Charge Nurse – Freestanding Emergency Department
Now hiring for Registered Nurses for a new freestanding emergency department at Radcliff, opening in September 2026. Part‑time shifts from 7p.m. to 7a.m., 24hours per week, with no weekend duties.
ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse is responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge. This includes reviewing and documenting care provided, outcomes of care, and evaluations of care, and following the professional standards of care.
Requirements- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90days of hire.
- Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 3years of hire.
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within 6months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6months of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 2years of hire.
- Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training prior to end of orientation period and to be maintained annually.
