Responsibilities- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current CPR certification.
- Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining quality.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Competitive hourly pay up to USD $46.00/hr.
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus for RNs.
