Job Overview

We are looking for a board‑certified nurse practitioner to join our brand‑new freestanding Emergency Department in Radcliff, KY, opening September 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality emergency and urgent care services for a full‑time schedule of 120 hours per month.

The department is led by a local medical director, supported by leadership‑development tools. Teams are cohesive, well‑staffed, and emphasize a patient‑first culture with minimal reliance on temporary labor.

• Board‑certified nurse practitioner
• Prior emergency department experience and commitment to patient‑first care
• Authorized to work in the United States

• 24‑hour physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM – 7 PM and 7 PM – 7 AM
• 12‑hour APP coverage in the on‑site Urgent Care
• Full‑time status is 120 hours per month

• Deliver high‑quality care in a 7‑bed ED and a 5‑bed on‑site Urgent Care
• Use EPIC as the EMR
