Signature HealthCARE, at North Hardin Rehab & Wellness Center, seeks a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program. You must hold an LPN/LVN or RN license and have 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
You will perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize residents' independence under supervision. Join us for a weekday, 8-hour shift with occasional weekend rotation, in a supportive, person-centered care setting.
