Overview
The Radcliff Veteran Center is a skilled nursing facility that cares for the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Veterans. Our mission is to Serve Kentucky’s Veterans by fostering independence, preserving dignity and providing compassionate care.
The Food Preparation Center Coordinator position is responsible for food service operations at the Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center.
Responsibilities- Supervising and coordinating the daily operation of dietary staff and the serving line
- Training employees in proper procedures and sanitization
- Ensuring that meals are served in a timely, efficient, sanitary and safe manner
- Ordering and receiving food stores
- Reviewing and maintaining routine records such as food inventory, temperatures, deliveries, etc.

This position, in org unit , Hardin county has an approved Locality Premium of $4.08 in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034 Section 9(1).
Minimum RequirementsEDUCATION: High school graduate.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR
SKILLS:
Four years of sub professional or professional experience in a food service operation.
