Radford City Schools is seeking motivated and caring individuals to serve as ALL In Tutors for our elementary schools. Tutors will work with students during the school day to provide targeted support in reading and math. This position is part of our commitment to ensuring all students receive the individualized instruction they need to succeed.

• Provide small-group or one-on-one instruction in reading and math to elementary students during the school day.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and instructional staff to support students’ learning goals.
• Use lesson materials and activities aligned with the school’s curriculum and instructional priorities.
• Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with supervising teachers.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and follow school procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning.

• Licensed teacher, or
• Junior or senior currently enrolled in a teacher education program.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Part-time position with flexible hours during the school day (Monday–Friday).
• Schedule determined in coordination with school administration.

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and child protective services registry check.

• The employee must be able to supervise students, move throughout the classroom, and lift instructional materials as needed.
