Job Description
The Family Resource Specialist provides Service Coordination and/or Developmental Services to infants and toddlers participating in Early Intervention services through Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Plans, implements, and coordinates services provided to children and their families throughout their participation in the program. Participates in and supports activities of the Infant & Toddler Connection of the New River Valley in order to build collaborative relationships and to strengthen services available to families.
Starting Salary: $42,900-Depending on Experience
Education/Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, special education, or a related field is required.
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
