Information Technology Resource Teacher

Pulaski County Public Schools is seeking an Information Technology Resource Teacher for Riverlawn Elementary School. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, eligibility for a Virginia teaching license in elementary school with an endorsement in the appropriate subject area, and demonstrated knowledge of subject content, curriculum, and methodology of effective teaching. The candidate should be skilled in the use of multi-media and computer technology to enhance learning and able to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with students, peers, administrators, and parents.

Proficiency in public speaking and written communication to express and/or exchange ideas is also required. The position reports to the Principal/Director of Technology and is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The salary will be determined based on the  Licensed Salary Scale, which is yet to be determined.
