Greenwood Asher & Associates invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Student Affairs at Radford University. The University seeks an innovative, caring, and deeply student-centered leader to serve as its next Vice President for Student Affairs.

Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the President’s Cabinet, the Vice President will serve as the University’s chief student affairs officer and provide strategic leadership for a comprehensive division committed to advancing the full student experience. This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking student affairs executive to help shape a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging campus environment where students are known, supported, challenged, and inspired.

Radford University is a comprehensive university of 7,837 students that has received national recognition for many of its undergraduate and graduate academic programs, as well as its sustainability initiatives. The Vice President for Student Affairs will provide strategic and operational leadership across areas including:

• Substance Abuse and Violence Education Services

Required
:

• Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field
• Significant progressively responsible leadership experience in student affairs or related areas
• Demonstrated success leading complex organizations
• Experience in strategic planning, crisis management, and student success initiatives

Preferred
:

• Doctoral degree in higher education or a related field
• Experience working in a comprehensive university setting

Salary Range: $201,000 - $260,000 (depending on experience)
