Full-Time Temporary Instructor, Music Therapy

Music Therapy Faculty, full-time temporary instructor position beginning August, 2026. Teach undergraduate and graduate Music Therapy classes within the music therapy program. Manage and supervise graduate and undergraduate clinical experiences. A continuing record of publications, presentations, research, and other appropriate professional activities is expected in addition to recruiting and university service.

• Master’s in Music Therapy and MT-BC required, doctorate preferred in MT or related field.
• At least five years of full-time clinical experience in music therapy or its equivalent.
• College teaching experience as well as strong clinical musicianship with keyboard, guitar, voice, and percussion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to relate well to a diverse group of students and faculty at the university level.
• A commitment to outreach and student recruitment, and versatility to help meet needs within the department based on applicants’ strengths.
