Adjunct faculty in the Department of Psychology primarily teach undergraduate psychology course(s) that support the psychology major and minor, as well as general education and other majors on campus. The availability of course assignments for Adjunct Faculty and the specific types of courses vary from semester to semester.

• All faculty must have at least a Master’s degree in the field or discipline in which they are teaching with 18 hours of coursework related to the course(s) being taught.
• In some cases, subject to approval by the Provost, a faculty member could be recommended for appointment based on substitution of significant experience for the degree.
