Cloud Engineer

Active security clearance required. Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 2 – Cloud Management. The engineer builds and operates Azure, AWS, and private‑cloud infrastructure for ALTESS applications, implementing IaC, CI/CD, and secure networking. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Build and operate Azure, AWS, and private‑cloud infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Ansible and Terraform.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Travis CI, AWS Code Deploy, and Git.
• Configure secure networking including IPSEC, VPN, and BGP.

• Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• CE certification (MCSD Azure Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
• Hands‑on Azure, AWS, and private‑cloud experience.
• Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, Python, Power Shell, Bash, Jenkins, Travis CI, AWS Code Deploy, and Git.
• Experience with IPSEC, VPN, and BGP.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.

• Kubernetes (CKA).
• Hashi Corp Terraform Associate.
• Experience with cArmy or C2E landing zones.
• FedRAMP / IL5 workloads.
