Job Description
The REACH Coordinator works with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, their families/caregivers, and support providers, and community partners to strengthen treatment/support efficiencies and service outcomes. The REACH Coordinator serves as a vital community education resource to the community and coordinates admission into REACH services.
CompensationSign-on Bonus: $2,500.
Starting Salary: $50,700-Depending on Experience.
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
Education / Experience Required- Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's Degree in a Human Services related field.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health.
- OR a Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses is required.
- QMHP is required.
