Overview
NRVCS is one of the largest employers in the NRV, and we are continuing to grow! Our team is looking for a Clinical Program Supervisor to join our New Horizons Residential Crisis Stabilization Program leadership team. As the Clinical Program Supervisor for New Horizons, you will provide direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to program staff, assist in day‑to‑day management, supervise program development, monitor service quality and facility needs, and provide services to individuals, families and groups to meet program goals.
You will also develop and maintain working relationships with clients, families, other Community Service Board (CSB) programs, and external resources.

Starting Salary & BonusStarting Salary: $70,320 (depending on experience)
Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist.
- Three years of supervised experience providing clinical services, preferably in a community mental health/substance abuse setting, with crisis services experience strongly preferred.
- At least one year of experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
Additional compensation will be considered for new employees who speak multiple languages.
